BE OPEN TO OTHER PEOPLE'S REALITY
Conflicts are inevitable elements of life. The struggle to survive physically is a drive that builds up the complete living environment. Social survival also gains a lot from conflicts. For this reason we believe that a conflict itself is not necessarily a negative or positive thing, it is the way people handle them that determines whether or not it will be viewed or experienced as demeaning, or, an uplifting social experience. Conflict management in our view, is not only a stereo typical reaction and response, that you simply adopt when things get tough, but that it starts with a balanced personality, and a deep understanding of human behaviour: yours, others, both positive and negative. A solid personal philosophy, an open attitude, and a self-confident personality is what the focus of our work that helps our clients to handle their conflicts in a more effective way.
